    At No. 81-1, Dechang 2nd St., Yingge, New Taipei City, during Taiwan’s period of rapid economic growth, rising household consumption led to a significant increase in plastic waste. To expand waste plastic processing capacity, Horng En added a 300-ping facility and invested in production equipment.
